     - Includes various programs ranging from basic needs support, counseling & mental health services, domestic violence support, family programs, immigration & refugee support, foster care resources, work & education resources, and chemical dependancy treatment services.

     - Psychiatry, Social Work, and addiction and substance abuse counseling. Available hours.

SPOA (Single Point of Accountability): 661-8885

     - 333 East 5th St. Jamestown. Provides care coordinator that links you to various resources within the community.

STEL (Southern Tier Enviroments for Living): (716) 366-3200 / (716) 366-3161

     - Provides rehabilitative and support services to persons with mental illness and other disabilities. Service includes residential treatment group homes & apartments, supported housing, single room occupancy housing, vocational rehabilitation, case management, and social supports.

     - Hospital that also includes inpatient mental health and substance abuse services.

UPMC Specialty Care Behavioral Health (Dunkirk Office): (716) 363-0018

     - Provides chemical dependency and mental health programs for children, adolescents and adults on an inpatient and outpatient basis.
